Taller Terms of Use

Taller is provided by Stuke Digital LLC for users ages 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the app with a parent or guardian’s permission.

GENERAL WELLNESS
The app provides general posture, mobility and habit activities. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Stop if anything hurts. Consult a qualified professional if you have an injury, condition or concerns about growth. Adult bones do not lengthen. We do not promise any change in height, health, income, attractiveness or social outcomes. Your hero’s growth, stature stages and world meters are fictional game mechanics, not a prediction or measurement of your body.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Premium offers additional routine windows, eligible boss encounters and access to the cosmetic catalog. Coin, level, stat and boss requirements still apply. All five stature stages remain earnable without Premium. The Google Play purchase screen and the pricing shown beside the app’s purchase button specify your price, billing period and any introductory offer. No free trial is offered. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Deleting the app or your local data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s refund rules and applicable consumer law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

LOCAL DATA
Your profile and progress are stored on this device. There is no cloud account or sync. Deleting app data, uninstalling, or losing access to the device can permanently remove progress. An active subscription can be restored through Google Play.

USE AND OWNERSHIP
You may use the app and included artwork for personal purposes. You may not redistribute the app’s assets or interfere with the app or purchase validation. Third-party open-source components are subject to their own licenses, available in Profile → Settings → Open-source licenses.
